A cria\u00e7\u00e3o permite, na altern\u00e2ncia dos processos de exaust\u00e3o e ventila\u00e7\u00e3o, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor sens\u00edvel e latente quando o ar externo quente \u00e9 insuflado atrav\u00e9s do leito dessecante frio e com baixa umidade, obtido no processo inverso de exaust\u00e3o do ar climatizado para o exterior.
