A partir da biomassa em forma de p\u00f3 da esp\u00e9cie <em>Scenedesmus quadricauda<\/em>, onde passou por uma homogeneiza\u00e7\u00e3o com uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o tamp\u00e3o citrato- fosfatopara ajuste de pH e posterior adi\u00e7\u00e3o da enzima N- acetilmuranoil hidrolase, como in\u00edcio do processo de quebra da parede celular. Ap\u00f3s a inativa\u00e7\u00e3o da enzima pelo aumento de temperatura e pH, foram acionados solventes com polaridades diferentes, polares e apolares, para separa\u00e7\u00e3o e extra\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3leo de microalgas, seguido de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o do solvente apolar e filtra\u00e7\u00e3o para obten\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3leo da microalga.
